With 15 years of dedicated experience in treating mind-body conditions, my journey began when my husband was a patient of pioneering physician Dr. John E. Sarno. I had the distinct privilege of observing his clinical approach firsthand, attending his lectures, and training directly under his chief psychotherapist, Dr. Arlene Feinblatt, who developed foundational, expression-focused emotional treatments for Tension Myositis Syndrome (TMS). Recognizing that neuroplastic symptoms are rampant and often exacerbated by modern medical communities unfamiliar with nervous system dysfunction—frequently resulting in misleading diagnoses of exclusion—I have expanded my expertise to include advanced modalities such as Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Somatic Experiencing. My practice is highly interactive, deeply compassionate, and focused on equipping patients with the clinical insight and confidence necessary to successfully navigate their own path to healing.
