Living with chronic pain or persistent symptoms can feel frightening, exhausting, and isolating. You may have tried many treatments without lasting relief, been told your tests are normal, or started avoiding the things you love out of fear of worsening your symptoms. Even if you understand that your symptoms may be neuroplastic, it can still be reassuring to have support throughout your recovery journey.

I understand this personally. Before becoming a Neuroplastic Symptom Recovery Coach, I lived with chronic back & hip pain, sciatica, piriformis syndrome, digestive issues, anxiety, and other long-term symptoms. Learning how the brain and nervous system can generate and learn symptoms, while also recognizing the important role of emotions, was key to my recovery and inspired me to support others.

I offer personalized, one-on-one support. Together, we explore your symptoms through the lenses of pain neuroscience, neuroplasticity, the role of emotional suppression, and the mind-body connection. Sessions may include education, somatic tracking, emotional awareness, self-compassion, and a gradual return to avoided activities. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized to your needs.

Your symptoms are real, and your experience matters. My goal is to help you feel understood while building skills, confidence, and trust in your body.

Symptoms I commonly help with:

Chronic or persistent pain, including back, neck, hip, and pelvic pain
Sciatica and nerve-related pain
Headaches and migraines
Fibromyalgia and widespread pain
IBS and other digestive symptoms
Chronic fatigue
Anxiety-related physical symptoms
Symptoms without a clear structural cause
