Many years ago, I experienced back pain, that was neuroplastic in origin.  I know the power of the mind-body connection. I love to combine psychodynamic and mindfulness based therapy together with my PRT and mind-body skills to help adults of all ages. I also work with people with severe illness with whom part of their experience may be due to mind-body issues, and part may not. I have been practicing for 40 plus years and have a vast amount of experience; however, I only work in telehealth and do not accept insurance.  I hope I have an opportunity to help you on  your journey.
