I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Somatic Therapist in Boulder, Colorado with a private therapy practice and over 25 years of  professional work, training and expertise in varied settings ranging from mental health clinics, emergency psychiatric clinics, counseling centers, corporate consulting/business settings and private practices.  I have trained with Howard Schubiner, MD, Alan Gordon, LCSW, Mark Lumley, PhD, Dan Leven, RSMT, MPC and Karden Rabin, Neuroplastic Medicine Practitioner.

I became interested in helping others with neuroplastic symptoms after encountering them firsthand and then immersing myself the world of mind-body approaches to healing.  After a decade, that journey enabled me to return to sports that brought joy into my life since childhood.  It also introduced me to the relationship between early experiences of childhood adversity, neglect and/or trauma and the development of neuroplastic symptoms — eventually paving the way toward reclaiming and creating a life of choice and meaning vs. physical reactivity and emotional stuckness. Helping others work through the impact of their unique history on mind-body symptoms is not only my area of specialization — it is also my personal passion.
