You have done everything you were told to do. You have seen doctors, had scans, tried injections, physical therapy, medications, and alternative treatments. Yet the pain continues, and no one can fully explain why.

Over time, the pain begins to take over your life. Activities you once loved feel impossible. You monitor every movement, worried you might make things worse. The uncertainty can lead to anxiety, frustration, and even hopelessness.

Your pain is real, and the suffering it creates is real.

If this sounds familiar, you are not alone. And there is hope.

Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) offers a different way of understanding and responding to chronic pain. Together, we’ll explore how pain, fear, stress, and the nervous system can become caught in a cycle that keeps symptoms going. You’ll learn practical tools to respond to pain with greater safety and less fear, while gradually building confidence in your body again.

The goal isn’t simply to manage your pain. It’s to help you feel less controlled by it. As you learn to respond differently to pain and the fear surrounding it, you can begin to move more freely, return to activities you’ve been avoiding, and reconnect with the parts of life that pain has taken away.

My interest in this work is also personal. After recovering from chronic pain myself through mind-body approaches, I know how consuming and frightening persistent pain can become. I also know what it feels like to begin trusting your body again. I bring that personal understanding, along with my clinical training, to help clients move from fear and frustration toward greater confidence, freedom, and connection with their lives.
