Bonjour! I’m Julie Bach, a registered health coach and SIRPA Practitioner in France. I have trained with SIRPA since 2021 and have facilitated a French-speaking peer group since 2025. Based near Paris, I work by video, in French, with clients in France and across the French-speaking world.

My background is scientific. I am a university graduate in biology and population genetics, and in environmental health. I am registered with the UKIHCA (UK & International Health Coaching Association) and certified in Therapeutic Patient Education (ETP), the framework French healthcare teams use to help people understand and self-manage chronic conditions.

My specialty is nervous system regulation. Neuroplastic symptoms are real symptoms, generated by the brain in response to perceived danger, even when no ongoing tissue damage explains them. Together, we work on changing those danger predictions, mostly through the body rather than through analysis: understanding how pain and stress work, building a felt sense of safety, and gradually loosening the patterns that keep symptoms going. My approach is body-based and trauma-informed, and draws on EmRes® (Emotional Resolution) and HeartMath® (as a Mentor and Trainer).

I know persistent pain from the inside, which is part of what brought me to this work.

I work alongside medical care and I ask that your symptoms have been assessed by a doctor before we begin. I receive regular professional supervision through SIRPA and the UKIHCA, and I am certified in Mental Health First Aid (PSSM France).
