I am Elizabeth Curet, a licensed mental health counselor with a master’s degree in addiction and mental health counseling. I own and have operated Nothing Is Impossible Counseling, LLC since 2017. I trained with supervisors in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) for six + years,  achieving Level III. I'm a certified Healing Shame Practitioner which gives me the skills and knowledge to work with people who experience emotionally painful, crippling shame. I have completed the initial course in Pain Reprocessing Therapy in September 2025. Currently, I am involved in ongoing training in Intensive Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP).

I specialize in anxiety, depression, shame, relational trauma, chronic pain, and non-pain symptoms, sometimes known as neuroplastic symptoms. I also work with couples when one or both of the couple members experiences chronic pain/symptoms, which also helps patients to reduce and/or reverse their symptoms.

I have worked in substance use treatment facilities in the south Florida area from 2014-2018.

With experience in evidence-based modalities such as Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), and mindfulness, I work to shift client’s understanding and behavior towards pain, while assisting and empowering individuals toward healing their history of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE), relationship trauma and past/present stressors. I aim for clients to improve overall well-being inside and out, and offer faith-based interventions, including prayer for those interested.

I am passionate about helping individuals with chronic pain, and non-pain symptoms, as I struggled with them for 20+ years myself. My patients and I have found healing, significance, and resilience in our lives and relationships as a result of working with chronic pain symptoms and trauma.
