I am passionate about all things that help people feel well: physically, mentally, spiritually, and I believe this is the place we must start for a healthy, peaceful planet. Ayurveda, yoga and the natural world have taught me invaluable lessons that help me feel my best, so I can be who I want to be. I would feel truly honored to share these tools with you and to support you on your journey.
In 1995, I shattered my pelvis and back in a paragliding accident and spent a year in a wheelchair. Two years after my accident, I experienced 18 months of severe nerve pain, which was misdiagnosed as a result of my crooked pelvis, fused sacrum and herniated discs. When I came across Healing Back Pain, I learned that my pain was not due to my structural imperfections, but rather repressed emotions. I began to truly heal and 30 years later I am 100% pain free and an avid rock climber, surfer, skier and biker.
I have been sharing tools to help clients treat their Mind Body Symptoms for over 25 years. I would be honored to support you on your journey.
