Dr. Antje Kallweit is a German physician, board-certified in Anesthesiology with additional certification in Special Pain Therapy. She specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic primary and nociplastic pain conditions.

Her clinical work focuses on neuroplastic pain mechanisms, integrating contemporary pain neuroscience, Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), and Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy (EAET) into a structured, biopsychosocial treatment approach. She has received training and ongoing professional exchange with experienced clinicians in this field, including Howard Schubiner.

Dr. Kallweit is the founder and medical lead of HELP, a digital therapeutic program for chronic primary pain that translates neuroplastic pain principles into a structured, evidence-based treatment pathway.
