If you’ve been living with chronic pain or other persistent symptoms, you may feel like you’ve tried everything and still don’t have the answers you’re looking for. Maybe your tests have been normal, treatments haven’t helped, or you’ve been told there’s nothing more that can be done. It can be exhausting, confusing, and incredibly discouraging.

I know that feeling personally. At 25, I became bedridden with full-body chronic pain after years of worsening symptoms. I saw countless doctors and specialists and tried treatment after treatment without getting better. Learning about neuroplastic pain and Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) completely changed the way I understood what was happening in my body and ultimately helped me recover.

Now, as an ICF-certified coach, Neuroplastic Symptom Recovery Coach, and advanced-level certified PRT practitioner, I help others learn how to change their relationship with their symptoms and teach their brain and nervous system that they are safe.

I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can feel truly heard while also gaining practical tools and clear next steps. Our work may include PRT, somatic tracking, reducing fear around symptoms, emotional awareness, building evidence of safety, and gradually returning to things your symptoms may have taken away from you.

Most importantly, I want you to know that your symptoms are real. Neuroplastic symptoms are not imagined or “all in your head.” And when the brain has learned to produce symptoms, it also has the capacity to learn something new.

Symptoms I commonly help with:

  • Chronic pain and widespread pain
  • Back, neck, shoulder, and joint pain
  • Migraines and headaches
  • IBS and other gastrointestinal symptoms
  • Dizziness
  • Fatigue
  • Pelvic pain
  • Other neuroplastic and mind-body symptoms
